In many large enquiries a vast amount of time is spent by the disclosure officer reviewing unused material to classify information obtained during the enquiry in accordance with CPIA. Access databases and spreadsheets will be a thing of the past when Counsel is used with the Operations module.

Clue provides disclosure officers the ability to classify records as used or unused across operations against multiple defendants if necessary. The automatic production of disclosure schedules, witness lists, exhibits lists, dates to avoid, statements and case summary in a fully paginated court file will save a huge amount of time and effort during the file preparation process.
