Providing a single point of contact to resolve any issues
in a timely manner.
On completion of a successful implementation, a dedicated Account Manager is allocated to each customer, thus providing a single point of contact to deal with the day to day running of the account. Regular face to face meetings are scheduled at the customer's request, providing the opportunity for any issues to be raised and resolved in a timely manner. This allows us to pro-actively monitor customer requirements and collate feedback, which may be beneficial to the Clue user community.
We pride ourselves on building excellent relationships with each of our customers, understanding their business goals and collaborating with them to ensure an effective and efficient solution is delivered, but it doesn’t end there, we will work with them to make sure they realise the benefits that our products deliver. Our Clue Account Managers aim to achieve this by gathering and meeting their requirements from the offset and establish a trusted and long lasting relationship with them.
